Our Core Values

Meet Our Founder and Lead Consultant:

Parambir Kaur Dhillon

Some of the best leaders are those that carve their own path, those that redefine roles by rattling the cages of the conventional, and those that drive innovation to initiate evolution. It takes a new breed of leader to pilot and pave the way for a new breed of leadership to emerge.

Parambir Kaur Dhillon, Param for short, is the transformational executive to pioneer the next shift in the approach to leadership and building effective teams for businesses. Expert in organizational development, risk management, systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, and strategic human resources management; former police sergeant and international advisor, Param, is in a league of her own with a dossier of skills and expertise unlike any other. Leveraging her extensive para-military and academic background alongside her numerous certifications and risk assessment tools, she fuses her training in Ayurveda, yoga, and the Vedantic sciences to create an approach and methodology to Calibrated Leadership™.

This approach begins at the core, the foundation of every team and individual: the mind and its mental models. Given her expertise, qualifications, and knowledge, Param is equipped with a deep and thorough understanding of human behavior. Following 23 years of her career with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) as a peace officer and dealing with a range of policing duties and situations, everything from low to high profile criminal cases; Param understands the intricacies that drive human behavior at a micro-thought level.

Within her time on active duty, she spent two decades devoted to educating the policing community. She has developed numerous programs that tackled the root cause of terrorism through prevention. From designing training curriculums and adapting programs to fit organizational needs at the local level, to delivering customized workshops around the world for government agencies, non-profit organizations, and universities; Param’s high demand as an industry expert was due to her presence as a leader, teacher, and team player.

Her triple threat presence resulted in the upskilling of more than 2,000 officers across Canada. This positioned her as an innovative pioneer in the prevention arena and earned her a Public Heroes Award from the Intercultural Dialogue Institute (Toronto). Param was also selected and empowered by senior command to strategize and implement a new vision for public engagement for change that needed to be driven. She garnered formal recognition and accolades from RCMP executives and senior management nationwide, external partners, and community organizations for her leadership, innovative approach to prevention, and progressive best practices.

Upon nearing retirement, she knew there was more for her to do. After her 23 years, she felt she had fulfilled her duty within the organization. She was no longer functioning at optimum and her personal and professional development felt stagnated. The environment wasn’t what she needed to grow, and she was ready to take on leadership with a different lens. She had a deeper calling for more work with people; one that fosters a different version of empowerment.

In recent years, the world has undergone a global shift in mindset and practices. The approach to conducting businesses, daily operations, and self-management amidst it all, transformed the most. The systems and methods of management in place are no longer adequate. As a result, there is a lack in the state of leadership and personal development. A new era needs to be ushered in, one that tackles the needs of the individual and the team, both separately and as a unit.

After earning her dual Executive MBA, Param has been tackling just that: the concept of culture change, organizational performance, and evolution from a holistic perspective for both the individual and the team dynamic. Translating her fine-tuned skillset to the business world, Param teaches people how to build and develop the habits to function at optimum all the time. The policing philosophy and foundation is built upon certain key pillars such as understanding human behavior, exercising compassion, helping people, and integrating VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) so that it becomes second nature. Supplementing her policing expertise and experience with her additional external training of the Vedantic sciences, Param coaches people on how to move past ineffective mental models and stagnation. She helps them build new frameworks supported by a heightened sense of awareness, the right tools, and training to remain calibrated. She helps people succeed and unleash their full human potential by building mental, emotional, physical, and social resiliency. As a result, improving their competence as leaders, team players, and actualizing their personal and professional goals.

She designs practical approaches to driving progress, reforming, and reinventing the workplace. Param has created ecosystems and communities within the workplace comprised of resilient individuals with strong mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. She has developed and delivered workshops to hundreds of professionals from various industries across Canada, The United States, The United Kingdom, and India on a variety of topics including but not limited to: Systems Thinking; Understanding the Mind; Mindfulness; Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Social Resiliency; Conflict Resolution; Personal Power; Decision-Making; Problem Solving; Role Modeling; Understanding the Playing Field; and Building Confidence Through Clarity™.

As a visionary and expert in strategic and tactical execution, Param Dhillon has a threefold mission: advancing human potential, creating clear action plans, and finding solutions to personal challenges. Her approach focusses on calibration to promote a holistic and personally empowered workforce and innovate how people are able to achieve and advance their potential.
