Cape Town - Taylor Swift has joined forces with a bevy of A-listers and LGBTQ figures for the music video of her new song, You Need to Calm Down.

A "pop queen pageant" leads into a fun-filled food fight, during which Taylor, dressed as fries, reunites with her burger - Katy Perry! The two singers reconciled their feud past year and just last week declared there was "peace at last" (over a plate of cookies). Today, she dropped the official music video of her new LGBTQ anthem "You Need to Calm Down" which will be a part of her album "Lover", releasing on August 23.

Perry, herself explained the outfits a little more, writing, "This meal is BEEF-free #MeatFreeMonday ♥️ #YNTCDmusicvideo".

The singer also revealed that she and Perry have been on good terms for a while but wanted to make sure they were "solid" before announcing their reconciliation to fans. The music video, however, has taken everything up like ten notches and fans are exactly thrilled with how all the different types of people are portrayed.

The video includes stars like Katy Perry, Ellen DeGeneres, Ryan Reynolds and Tan France, who all play neighbors in the rainbow town. "Truly the most magical experience & on top of it all I got to share it with some of my favorite ladies!" The singer created a petition to support the legislation, which would extend civil rights protections to sexual orientation and gender identity. Earlier this month, Taylor made headlines when she wrote an open letter to a Senator in her home state of Tennessee and asked him to support the Equality Act.

On Friday, she took to the stage at the Stonewall Inn in New York City for a surprise performance with Jesse Tyler Ferguson.
