Donald Trump is now completing a state visit to the United Kingdom, where the Queen has graciously welcomed the president and first lady despite protests against his presence in London. While the Queen was nothing but polite, welcoming and professional to Mr Trump, some people believe she threw shade at the president in her own way - with her choice of tiara.

President Donald Trump is now in the United Kingdom for three days, to the dismay of many protesters.

"The Queen is a great lady and my mother knew that".

"The Queen of England wore a crown with jewels known to ward off evil, gave a rare book to a President who has said he doesn't read, and said they couldn't stay at Buckingham Palace because EVERY bedroom was under renovation".

Melania donned a white crepe dress with a navy collar and belt by Dolce & Gabbana for the visit with the British royals.

Meanwhile, during the State Banquet, Trump was slammed for appearing to fall asleep during the Queen's speech. Buckingham Palace denied the rumors at the time, but they still triggered major publicity for Trump and his properties. Trump called Khan a "stone cold loser who should focus on crime in London, not me".

On Wednesday, the President and First Lady will join the Queen and Prince Charles in Portsmouth to commemorate the 75th anniversary of D-Day before the Trump family flies to Ireland to meet with Irish premier Leo Varadkar.

D Day was the largest seaborne invasion in history, when the Allied Forces of Britain, America, Canada and France attacked the German army on the coast of Normandy, France.

Trump told Morgan his "mother would have been very proud", because she was a "tremendous fan of this country". She also gifted President Trump a three-piece Duofold pen set using an obsidian design that was made exclusively for the queen, and a specially commissioned silver box with a handcrafted enamel lid to Melania.
