At the end of the last episode, the horns sounded after the army of the dead was spotted not far away from Winterfell as the White Walkers arrive on the backs of their dead horses.

Fans have already got a look at the first two episodes of the much-loved show and are excited for the Epic Battle with the Night King and his White Walkers.

The trailer for episode 3, meanwhile, tells us that the battle will finally begin, which means we'll soon learn whether or not the Night King and Viserion are in the North.

Don't worry, they're free from spoilers - that is, unless you haven't seen the second one yet. That remains to be seen, but with any luck, the hour will provide us with a bit more insight into the character's background and what else he may be planning for our heroes during the final season of Game of Thrones. When she woke up, you know what she did?

Game of Thrones is gearing up for the biggest battle the show has ever seen: At Winterfell, Gendry is forging weapons made of dragonglass, Brienne is training soldiers, and Jon is going through an existential crisis.

Is the Night King even there at all, or does he have other things on his mind?

Rodgers isn't bad with "Game of Thrones" predictions: In 2017, he correctly predicted Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen were related in an interview about the show with The Ringer. However, the writers totally threw us with this confident plan, and instead we saw the Lannister army take High Garden, tricking Daenerys' team by operating differently to how expected. In season 2, Daenerys also had a vision where the throne room was destroyed and covered in snow. Despite the episode's laid-back tone, there's also a lot lingering tension between different houses, tension reflected in what the characters choose to wear.
