OnePlus 7 Pro will also offer a 48-megapixel camera along with a telephoto lens and ultra-wide lens.

Lau tweeted a five second teaser clip, which says "Fast and Smooth" on top of an outline of a device which appears to have curved edges. After months of leaks and rumours around the OnePlus 7 sporting an edge-to-edge screen, pop-up selfie camera, and triple-camera, the latest report around the as-yet unannounced phone suggests it will actually be pretty much indistinguishable from its predecessor, OnePlus 6T. It is expected that these three dots relates to the three phones under the upcoming smartphone range - OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7 Pro 5G.

Now this might not sound (pun intended) like a big deal, but honestly, stereo speakers make a huge difference, and the OnePlus 7 Pro is expected to come with stereo speakers (finally!). Another differentiator is the screen size, which will purportedly decrease from 6.41-inches on the OnePlus 6T down to 6.2-inches on the entry-level OnePlus 7.

With three variants of the OnePlus 7 expected to arrive in May, naturally not all will have the same spec.

We expect that OnePlus 7 Pro will share the same specification as the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, but with the exception of 5G.

According to Ishan Agarwal, the OnePlus 7 Pro will sport a QHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90 Hz refresh rate. This will be the highest resolution on a OnePlus device.

The video teaser shows a hidden device.

By all accounts it's the Pro model we've been getting excited about, because the standard OnePlus 7 is not thought to feature the same design improvements as the Pro. Apart from all of that, the OnePlus 7 Pro will definitely come with flagship grade specs.

Moving on to the leak, OnePlus 7 is said to feature a 6.4-inch flat display with a waterdrop-styled notch. With a dual-lens camera at the rear, which may or may not have been upgraded from the previous 16Mp + 20Mp model, it's going to look a lot like OnePlus 6T - but it will be faster. It may also not have wireless charging yet.
