Prosecutors have said colleges are not targets of their criminal case.

It was just back in August when 19-year-old Olivia announced her plans to attend college to her almost 2 million YouTube subscribers, where she was criticised for seeming "spoiled" after saying, "I don't know how much of school I'm gonna attend".

"But I'm gonna go in and talk to my deans and everyone, and hope that I can try and balance it all". "I know you want what's best for them, but you know what, maybe the fast track isn't it", Becky admonishes Jesse, per People.

"Officially a college student!" she captioned an Instagram photograph she posted in September, which showed her in her USC dorm room decorated with items she had ordered from online retailer Amazon.com Inc, which paid her for the post.

Center was placed on leave Tuesday when federal officials unveiled indictments of a sweeping college admissions bribery scandal.

"I just love all of it", Giannulli shared.

Last month, Olivia admitted to preferring to film YouTube videos than attend university.

"YouTube will always be my #1 passion". "I promise I'd way rather be filming 24/7 than sitting in 6 hours of classes straight", she said. "Ily bbs", she wrote.

Desperate Housewives star Felicity Huffman was also among those implicated in the college admissions sham, and all three face a single count of mail fraud in connection with the scheme.

Also charged is Donna Heinel, the USC senior women's athletic director; John Vandemoer, the head sailing coach at Stanford University; Rudolph "Rudy" Meredith, the former head soccer coach at Yale University; and Mark Riddell, a counselor at a private school in Bradenton, Fla.

Authorities said coaches in such sports as soccer, tennis and volleyball accepted bribes to put students on lists of recruited athletes, regardless of their ability or experience.

The lawsuit was filed Wednesday in federal court in San Francisco and alleges the students were denied a fair opportunity for admission.

It was all orchestrated by William Rick Singer, CEO of a college admissions prep company called The Key.

So should the children whose parents paid their way into top schools lose their spots?

Her husband, the designer Mossimo Gianulli, is also charged with fraud, and appeared in court in Los Angeles on Tuesday before being released on $1 million bail. During her appearance on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen" on Tuesday, March 12, the TV star addressed the scandal, admitting that she knew nothing about it.

Loughlin was taken into custody by FBI agents in Los Angeles on Wednesday morning, Laura Eimiller, a spokeswoman for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, said.
