Tucker Carlson Dragged For Shocking Old Comments About Statutory Rape

On Sunday, progressive media watchdog group Media Matters released a video montage with clips of Tucker Carlson's radio appearances where he made a number of "naughty" remarks about an array of topics, including rape and the Warren Jeffs' case.

Carlson, the now-host of "Tucker Carlson Tonight" on Fox News in Bill O'Reilly's old prime time slot, also made misogynistic comments about how to attract women. "Rather than express the usual ritual contrition, how about this: I'm on television every weeknight live for an hour", Carlson continued.

The Fox News anchor has invited "anyone who disagrees" with his views to come on his show. Warren Jeffs is now a convicted sexual predator behind bars on two counts of child sexual abuse.

When the show host describes 14-year-old girls at Mr Carlson's daughter's school sexually experimenting with each other, he says: "If it weren't my daughter I would love that scenario". This is the image Carlson has spent more than a decade building. "I'm just telling you that arranging a marriage between a 16-year-old and a 27-year-old is not the same as pulling a stranger off the street and raping her". "It's much more planned out and plotted", said the co-host, who wasn't identified in the transcripts.

"Tucker Carlson is a risky misogynist".

"I am not defending underage marriage at all - I just don't think it's the same thing exactly as pulling a child from a bus stop and sexually assaulting that child..."

Carlson also said if Hillary Clinton "could castrate you, she would", and "thereby she gets not a single vote from any white male". "Well, this could be awkward: Fox News is supposed to host event for biggest advertisers and media buyers at their headquarters this week", he tweeted.

"You know, all too often, [Charles] Manson thinks that you're a god", Bubba responded. Basically he would call in to the, uh, Bubba, the love sponge radio program, but an hour a week where he would just go off essentially telling us how terrible women are, how good child rapists are, and just how dumb women can be and that they just need to shut up and stay in their place and do what they're told. What do you mean in accessory? Why wouldn't the guy who actually did it, who had sex with an underage bro, he should be the one who's doing life. Do you believe what he has said in the past is relevant for today? In 2007, he said Oprah Winfrey "hate [s] the penis" and is generally "anti-man".

I mean I'm talking early teens, illegal young women for older men to marry and Carlson defended it so there's nothing wrong with it. "I don't get that".
