United continued their blistering form under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer with a 3-0 win over Fulham in the Premier League on Saturday with Paul Pogba netting a brace and Anthony Martial also getting on the scoresheet.

Just 48 hours after the Champions League draw, Mourinho was sacked and replaced with former striker Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Solskjaer confirmed he is making plans for a long-term future at United, as he admitted he is looking beyond the end of this season in case he is given a chance to continue as at Old Trafford.

"Everyone's got to take us seriously now", said Jones, who signed a new four-year deal with United this week.

On Pogba, Sanchez highlighted the difference in the player's confidence and production since Mourinho was replaced.

Ferguson's sides would go for the jugular when they had teams on the ropes, and Solskjaer needs to encourage the current side to do the same.

Previous exits at this stage of the Champions League to Barcelona and Real Madrid are not on Draxler's mind ahead of Old Trafford, but he would prefer to have Neymar and Cavani alongside him in Manchester.

Ole Gunnar Solksjaer is delighting in coaching a revitalised Paul Pogba at Manchester United.

"He is asking me to attack more".

PSG, who travelled to Manchester for Tuesday's clash without injured stars Neymar and Edinson Cavani, lost 2-1 to Lyon in a recent game watched by Solskjaer and assistant Mike Phelan.

The 23-year-old has impressed in fits and starts since moving from Monaco to Old Trafford in 2015, becoming the most expensive teenager in history in the process.

If Solskjaer's United remain unbeaten by 3pm on March 16, not only should it absolutely guarantee him the permanent position but I say he should be given it for life.

"We're Man United, of course we're going to be interested in the best players in the world, I'd be pretty amazed if we weren't".

"I am anxious, but only because we are missing key players".

It is an all-PSG defence in front of him, though, including a spot for veteran full-back Dani Alves. Obviously we're missing a couple of key players, but I don't know if it's the right time to change our ID.
