After asking if she could write personal messages on the bananas that were included in the packages, Meghan wrote phrases like "you are special", "you are strong" and "you are brave" on the bananas. "She grew up to be the Duchess of Sussex and I grew up to star on the West End, so same life if you ask me", she wrote, accompanied by the popular "throwback Thursday" hashtag #TBT.

"I hope everyone gets a nice cup of tea after this", Meghan said, apologising to one well-wisher for having a cold hand.

"I have a theory with the royals that they tell you later dates than they think".

During a charity visit to One25 with Prince Harry in Bristol on Friday (Feb. 1), the expectant royal shared some sweet words of support for sex workers who rely on the assistance of the organization. On each of the bananas she wrote an affirmation, to make the kids feel really, like, empowered.

During a packed day of royal engagements, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made an unannounced visit to a charity supporting sex workers in Bristol. While pregnant in heels, Meghan reportedly trekked in the snow for this secret visit and her sweet banana gesture is once again winning hearts.

"It sounds really cheesy but it is that feeling that somebody actually cares", she said. They helped me keep my children, helped me keep a house'.

The couple's reaction to the boy's swearing is another indication of the more relaxed approach to interacting with the public that Meghan and Harry are keen to foster. "He's keeping an eye on her to ensure she doesn't overwork because she's not the best at knowing when to put the brakes on - that'll be Harry's job", the source added.

One25 CEO Anna Smith told People, "It was very spontaneous".

Piers Morgan tweeted: "Why is Meghan Markle signing bananas for sex workers to "empower them"? Stacey genuinely cares and wants them to know they are loved".
