Insomniac Games has confirmed the details for the third DLC for Marvel's Spider-Man.

Insomniac could always decide to do more DLC for Spider-Man, but Silver Sable marks the end of the road for The City That Never Sleeps.

"Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" is already showing in cinemas.

As the title suggests, the story will heavily involve Silver Sable which is something the team explained in more detail during the announcement.

Spider-Man’s third and final DLC Silver Lining has a release date

The focus of the upcoming expansion is Silver Sable, who, according to the official blurb, has returned to New York City in order to reclaim her stolen Sable International Tech. The last DLC for it is Silver Lining and will bring back Silver Sable to put her in a new role. The answer is to shift to Miles Morales, but also to use the multi-verse to introduce numerous iterations of the beloved Spider-Man mythos, all while tunneling to the heart of what makes this character special. With New York Police Chief Yuri Watanabe on administrative leave following her exploits against Hammerhead, Spider-Man will have to rely on unlikely allies to keep Marvel's New York safe.

The DLC will feature new missions, upgraded enemy and crime types, and revamped Hammerhead bases and storyline quests.
