The OnePlus 6T is launching next Monday and if you're thinking of getting a unit, it looks like it will be coming to Malaysia very soon. The event will start at 11am ET time, which means if you are following the OnePlus 6T launch event from India, you will have to be in front of your computer or on phone at 8.30PM tonight.

For one, the new flagship will retain the same design language as its predecessor but will introduce some key changes.

Among other specs, OnePlus 6T reportedly get a subtly modified design with a waterdrop notch, 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,340 x 1,080 pixels and 19.5:9 aspect ratio, in-display fingerprint scanner, bigger battery, and improved dual-rear cameras.

The OnePlus 6T launch event is scheduled for today, where the Chinese mobile maker will finally unveil its next flagship. Apart from that the phone is powered by a Qualcomm SDM845 Snapdragon 845 processor with Adreno 630 graphics processor and runs on Oxygen OS based on Android 9 (Pie) OS.

The new 6T is expected to have a battery capacity of 3,700 mAh which is 400 mAh more than the OnePlus 6 battery.

The base variant of OnePlus 6T with 6GB of RAM is tipped to be priced at Euro 559, which is around Rs 46,644 whereas the 128GB version will cost Euro 589 (around Rs 49,147). It will be priced higher compared to OnePlus 6.

The OnePlus 6T is a flagship Android smartphone that is still shrouded in a thin veil of mystery. The OnePlus 6T is said to sport a 20 MP front-facing camera with a f/1.7 aperture instead of the 16 MP sensor in OnePlus 6 with f/2.0 aperture.

The tweet above also reveals three potential color options for the handset, including Mirror Black, Midnight Black, and a Purple option that's yet to be confirmed. It will have in-display fingerprint sensor and will skip the 3.5mm audio jack.

OnePlus for the first time will introduce the OnePlus 6T with contract via network carriers- EE, Vodafone, and O2, also available on local retail chains-John Lewis and Carphone Warehouse in Europe from November 6 onwards.
