The Prime Minister Theresa May struts onto the stage at the Conservative Party annual conference in Birmingham, dancing to ABBA's "Dancing Queen". It was a nod to her much-mocked boogie during a trip to Africa earlier this year.

The Prime Minister opted for a more lively entrance as she danced her way onto stage at the Tory Party conference.

As she walked on stage Theresa May did a little jig to - wait for it - "Dancing Queen".

The Prime Minister also joked about her calamitous speech past year when she could not stop coughing and the sign behind her fell down.

"You'll have to excuse me if I cough during this speech".

One person tweeted: "There has been some genuine WTF moments over the last 2-3 years but @theresa_may "dancing" on to stage like a newborn giraffe trying to copy the "ministry of amusing walks" sketch is another level".

Following her meeting with European Union leaders in Salzburg in September, the United Kingdom leader has come under fire for her proposed "Chequers" Brexit plan which was heavily criticised by the European Union and Brexiteers.

Due to her somewhat stiff dance moves, many compared the prime minister to a robot.
