What's going on with Antonio Brown and the Steelers?

In the Steelers' 42-37 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 2, Brown had nine receptions on 17 targets for 67 yards. This is a non-story that has been blown out of proportion.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have been engulfed in yet another situation involving one of their star players with All-Pro wide receiver Antonio Brown being the latest after he made a decision to not show up to practice on Monday. I won't utilize this forum to address such things. That's frustrating, associated with not playing well and not winning. That's player relations. I'm not getting into what happens in that gray atmosphere out there among people where there is very little accountability and things of that nature.

Brown's absence speaks to the extreme dysfunction taking place in Pittsburgh. I understand sometimes you have some negativity. "I'll address that, and I'll address that very directly with him".

On Monday, Brown fired off a response to Twitter criticism from a former member of the Steelers PR staff that he wouldn't be much without Ben Roethlisberger, saying "trade me" so we can all find out.

"I'm focused on real legitimate things". That's generally the approach we take in non-football things, such as social media, decorum, etc., and so hopefully this will be the last time I'll be discussing things such as that in this setting. We haven't won a game yet. Tuesday is considered an off day for the team.

Seemingly everyone in the sports world spent the past eight months poking holes in the Patriots dynasty, salivating at each new juicy nugget that peeled back the curtain on the drama that was unfolding with Tom Brady, Bill Belichick, Robert Kraft, and Rob Gronkowski.

But Brown and Roethlisberger appeared to have a miscommunication on a third-and-goal in the final minutes against Kansas City, and Brown walked off the field by himself after Roethlisberger's fourth-down touchdown scramble while the rest of the offense celebrated in the opposite end zone. "I think it's just another reason why I don't do social media". "We want to put together a good plan".
