Apple Reportedly Set to Unveil the Latest iPhone on September 12

The images corroborate earlier Bloomberg News reporting that the new high-end devices would come in two sizes, feature a gold color option and use the name iPhone Xs.

Most Apple watchers expect the company to unveil a number of new iPhone models and a release date for its next iOS operating system during the event, held at the company's slick Apple Park headquarters.

Apple recently announced that it would have a special event on 12 September to announce some new stuff. While the older iPhone X had a large screen than the Pluses of years past, in practice, Apple did not support those layouts om the smaller handset, likely due to its width. According to technology industry insiders, Apple is expected to launch multiple new iPhone's, a new Apple watch, and an updated version of the iPad. Some might envision the next Apple Watch face as well, but all I see is an Aerobie.

The leaked image also shows a new watch face that's chock full of information.

It appears that previous Apple Watch bands would still fit the new watch.

It's thought this "budget" iPhone will come packed with an LCD display and single rear camera rather that the dual-lens snapper found on Apple's current flagship. Although a gold iPhone X was rumored to be launching a year ago, it never materialized. However, this is the second year in a row that details about new products leaked at least partly through Apple.

This is a September Apple event, so we'll likely see the company debut the newest iPhones.

There have been reports/rumors that new iPad Pro models with "Face ID, slimmer bezels, and no Home button are in the works, as are refreshed Macs that include a low-priced MacBook and a new Mac mini, but it is not clear if these products will come at the September event". It is not September 12, of course, but that isn't stopping us from taking a peek.
