"Apple saw a big jump in market share with that introduction".

/ The iPhone X, left, is expected to gain some new friends soon.

Plenty of Apple rumors have run rampant claiming to let fans in on what Apple will offer this year when its new devices launch. That's a reference to a year when most of the significant changes affect the inside rather than the outside of the iPhone. He also revealed that all three iPhones will have a lot of features in common like the Face ID support, A12 processor, notched display, among others. This, presumably, will be achieved by getting rid of any bezel, just like the iPhone X did.

Apple's acquisition of sleep tracking company Beddit means that the new Apple Watch is more than likely to embody that feature. This is because it will include the design and functionality of last year's iPhone X, but with a lower price tag. It will also have a cheaper LCD screen instead of an OLED panel to keep costs down.

Further, Kuo indicated that Apple will also inaugurate the launch of third iPhone showing off 6.1-inch LCD display that too at a lower price than the OLED models. This makes sense seeing that the device will belong to the mid-range segment.

The Watches will look similar to current models, but will include larger screens that go almost edge-to-edge. This will help Apple boost its sales performance during this year's shopping holiday season.

Alongside the new iPhones, expect Apple's event next month to also unveil updated AirPods, the AirPower wireless charger, a new Apple Watch, and a new generation of iPad Pro tablets.

And buzz is growing that the company, which crossed US$1 trillion in market value recently, will launch three new phones during the fall event, aiming to capture a big slice of the upgrade market.

There will be a new 11-inch iPad Pro that will replace the 10.5-inch version along with a new 12.9-inch iPad Pro. This sales slump is due to several factors, including a shrinking educational market, where Chromebooks are strong, and slower sales in professional market where Apple's hardware hasn't been meeting requirements and Microsoft has been pressing hard.

The emphasis on bigger screens is for better view of videos. Apple is expected to continue selling the older iPhone 7 and 8 phones, which still do have the home button.

Apple has always been rumored to release three new iPhones, one of which is the iPhone X Mini. The recent updates tell us that pre-ordering this phone will become possible starting on the 14 of September.
