Ramon Paulino, 21, was also arrested and charged with and gang assault and attempted murder.

Information on his lawyer wasn't immediately available.

Police say Lesandro Guzman-Feliz, who was affectionately known as Junior, was attacked on Wednesday night outside a bodega on East 183rd street near Bathgate Avenue in Belmont.

The video shows the teen and two male individuals, one who was mistaken for Junior, engaging in consensual sexual intercourse.

Five people have been arrested after a NY teen was hacked to death with a machete in a case of mistaken identity, according to multiple reports.

New NYPD Chief of Detectives Dermot Shea tweeted that Guzman-Feliz always wanted to become a detective, and the NYPD vowed to find him justice. "One person jumped out of the second-floor window", said Speziale.

"He was never going to give up on his dream of being an NYPD detective", Shea said, "and we'll never give up on him".

Sunday, McShea said arrests had been made in the case and thanked the public for the "many, many valuable tips". Investigators said he told his mother he was heading downstairs to repay $5 to a friend, but instead he ended up involved in some type of dispute. "It wasn't supposed to be him", read a message allegedly sent by a "top leader" in the gang to the family, according to 19-year-old Derek Grullon, who is the boyfriend of Guzman-Feliz's sister. "What piss me off the most is that these BX cops be harassing the shit outta people then they see a boy bleeding to death and ask what happen", she wrote in a caption attached to an image of Junior laying lifeless on a hospital bed. "But he's gone. That doesn't change anything".

Cheers rang out outside a makeshift memorial for the teen at the bodega Sunday on the news of the arrests, the station reports. "They killed an innocent little child", the victim's mother, Leandra Feliz, said of the arrests to the Daily News. "It's good because they have to pay but I want my son back. For me, this life is not happy".

Alvarez was expected to face a judge Monday.
