Whether it is move up or down in the upcoming NBA Draft is still a question.

For this final mock draft, we made a decision to give a consensus pick between the two of us at each draft position through the lottery.

Did you know that the Wizards, despite having a few success stories on the wing, haven't actually drafted a player since 2015, when they took Jerian Grant and flipped him to Atlanta for Oubre? He signed a 4-year, $94.8 million deal with Memphis in 2016, but has only played in 70 games over the last two seasons due to chronic knee injuries.

Givony said forward Chandler Parsons is likely to be included in any trade. Though many consider Doncic, who recently turned 19, the best player in the draft, it seems inevitable he will fall to at least the No. 3 pick.

O'Connor reported the six teams are interested in trading up to select Texas center Mo Bamba or Slovenian point guard Luka Doncic.

Boston has reportedly spoken with a number of players expected to be taken in the lottery, including Jaren Jackson Jr., Mo Bamba, Trae Young, Michael Porter Jr., Collin Sexton, and Wendell Carter Jr.

It appears the Memphis Grizzlies are also looking to trade their pick (the fourth pick). I present it without much confidence, but I'm throwing it out there anyway. But they might have to trade up to land him. Win-win outcome for both teams.

Still, due to National Basketball Association rules requiring matching salaries for teams over the salary cap, any trade Memphis makes on Thursday will need to bring back a contract or several contracts of significant size, at least for the 2018-19 season. The Celtics were involved in all kinds of speculation around the No. 3 pick, which they eventually used to select Jaylen Brown.
