Bethesda Softworks announced Starfield for "the next-generation" during its E3 2018 press conference. It's obviously a far ways out, as Bethesda Game Studios Director Todd Howard says it's on track to release after Starfield, another intriguing game that was revealed tonight. Bethesda wanted players to create their own story in the game, and so the Fallout 76 open world comes with very few rules.

We'll have more details on Fallout 76 as they're released.

There are also multiple nuclear weapon sites on the map for players to find and just completely go nuts with. After being awakened by an Overseer, they are among the first to emerge in the untamed wasteland of West Virginia.

Bethesda also shared that a beta, or Break-it Early Test Application, will be available in a Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition. The helmet even has a working headlamp and voice modulator.

Fallout is going online with Fallout: 76.

Fallout 76 is coming out 14th November 2018 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. You come to your town which has been destroyed, and you need to rebuild it - and you can rebuild it how you like (and visit your friends' towns!).
