Actually Plausible Theories On Where The Hell Melania Trump Is Hiding

While the first lady is known for being private, Sunday marks the 24th day she has not been seen in public. This has caused some consternation regarding her wellbeing - something that the White House's attempts to address haven't really, well... addressed. She checked into Walter Reed Medical Center for treatment of what the White House called a benign kidney condition May 14 and didn't leave until May 19.

She was last spotted on May 10, when she joined her husband at Andrews Air Force Base to welcome home hostages from North Korea. Others had to keep an eye on social media.

To quell the speculation, Mrs. Trump sent out a tweet on May 30, claiming she was "feeling great" and was back to work behind the scenes at the White House.

Stephanie Grisham, the first lady's communications director, told ABC News that the first lady will be skipping the trips. Last year's summit was held over two days in Sicily. With this absence, the number of days since the First Lady has been seen in public reaches 22. "She's looking at us right there".

Whatever the reason for her lengthy seclusion, those starting to suspect that the First Lady has disappeared altogether will at least have their concerns put to rest. She had a formal dinner and took in a performance by La Scala Philharmonic Orchestra at the Ancient Theatre of Taormina.

However, the tweet only brought more questions, as President Trump has been known to use phrases like "working overtime" in his own tweets. One theory says Donald actually wrote it, but that's easily refuted - we all know his tweeting style and it's not that.

The absence of the intensely private first lady has prompted widespread speculation and conspiracy theories.

The FLOTUS has not attended a public event in almost a month.

There's also a notable lack of photos of the first lady with no pictures being posted of her meetings with staff or of her "working hard".
