Lionel Messi believes that it would be bad if his former teammate Neymar signs for Madrid because of what it will mean to Barcelona.

Quoted by Sky Sports, Messi told TyC Sports: "It would be awful, because of everything he means to Barcelona".

Mohamed Salah will be hoping to become the only second Arab to lift the Champions League title after Algeria's Rabah Madjer, who won it with FC Porto against Bayern Munich in 1987.

To finish at Real Madrid would be a big hit to us ...

One of the numerous reasons why many underestimated Barcelona's chances of success ahead of 2017-18 was because they lost Neymar to Paris Saint-Germain last August.

But he has been linked with a move to Madrid this summer after just one year in France. It stimulates me to see them win leagues or to be in the Champions League final.

"It's not an objective to be the best in history".

Messi said that he talks to Neymar about what he feels about him moving to Real Madrid.

"I won't find anywhere better than this for me".

Salah will represents Egypt at this year's World Cup in Russian Federation.

"I don't need to go to another team to prove anything to anybody, "Messi said. You know a lot about him and the likes of [Lionel] Messi because you watch them on YouTube when you're growing up, you always watch those type of players", he told reporters".

Madrid also survived scares in the Champions League knockouts against Juventus and Bayern Munich to reach another final, but Messi says its determination to battle through such ties should be commended.

"The fact we were finalists and weren't able to win is a weight that we carry".
