Masseuse accuses Stan Lee of sexual misconduct

Carballo also filed a complaint with Chicago police, who are investigating. She has filed a lawsuit against Lee on Monday, claiming he assaulted her in his room at the Hyatt Regency during the weekend of April 21-23 previous year, during the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo, which he attended.

She is seeking more than $50,000 in damages, however, Stan Lee's lawyer has denied all allegations according to published reports. She has accused Stan Lee of fondling himself and touching her with his genitalia during the massage sessions.

Lee complained that the massage session was supposed to last two hours, the lawsuit says, and Carballo agreed to charge for only an hour. "The guy is 95, I don't think he would do that". She refused to continue, but he demanded that she did so.

Carballo says she was initially afraid to come forward with her story given Lee's wealth and prestige, but "after seeing other women protest in connection with the Me Too movement, plaintiff made a decision to fight for her dignity by standing up for herself".

Marvel comics creator Stan Lee has been accused of sexual misconduct, again, and this time, the accusations are going to court.

Carballo returned to Lee's suite to again provide massage therapy, the suit says, but after again massaging his quadriceps, "Plaintiff observed that Lee was once again moaning". Later in the appointment, Lee allegedly began moaning as Carballo massaged his legs. Carballo ended the massage early and left. However during the massage the feet, he grabbed the woman by the foot and rubbed it on his penis, after which Maria kept her word and ran from the room.

Page Six has reached out to Lee's rep for comment. But before she could leave the premise, Anderson allegedly gave her a lump of cash, which she believed was because he knew of his boss's actions. She claimed Lee's assistant knew of his "inappropriate behavior". "I am not. After seeing other women fight to be treated with dignity and respect, I decided, 'Me too, '" Carballo stated.

"I am still nervous and afraid, but not as much as I was before because I have other people helping me".

Lee's partner, Keya Morgan, responded to the claims and said Lee was "completely harmless".
