Sad Trend Continues: Yet Another Alleged Taylor Swift Stalker

The man - who has now been identified as 22-year-old Roger Alvarado - allegedly climbed up the fireplace, put the window through, and let himself into the NY townhouse that is owned by Grammy-winning singer Taylor Swift.

Alvarado was then charged with stalking, burglary, criminal mischief and criminal trespass. Look what you made him do, Tay.

Swift spent a total $47.7 million on three adjacent properties at the location; the one Alvarado was allegedly found inside had been purchased by the singer this past fall for $18 million.

Scarily, this is the third incident involving Taylor and her properties this month alone. This is the second time Alvarado has been removed from the premises.

A law enforcement source told the website the man, a 22-year-old from Florida, took a shower and got into her bed. Once he got in, he took a shower and fell asleep in a bed. He was arrested earlier this year at the exact same address after trying to break in by bashing the door down with a shovel. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, another man was arrested outside her Beverly Hills mansion just days ago.

Unfortunately for Taylor Swift, she can't seem to avoid stalkers and intruders no matter where she buys property.

But it's likely the former, since he appeared to want to just hang out in Taylor's space rather than make off with any valuables. However, she was not home at the time.
