In the video, Holmes, Damper and another man are sitting in a vehicle as they broadcasted live to Facebook.

While a Facebook Live video was being recorded, a man identified as Devyn Holmes, has been accidentally shot in the head by girlfriend, Cassandra Damper. Friends confirmed that Holmes is seen in the video, wearing a white shirt and talking to a woman and another man that is in the auto with him. The man who is sitting in the back seat places a gun on the car's armrest, before Damper pulls out another gun and waves it in front of the phone camera. The edited video cuts out at the moment Holmes is shot, but resumes after the gun went off, showing Holmes bleeding and unconscious.

Houston police told Click2Houston that the victim, Devyn Holmes, 26, was shot at 2:30 a.m.in a parking lot at a Valero gas station.

'You're making me nervous, ' Holmes says in the video now circulating online.

His friend yelled in the background saying that the gun had no clip.

Seconds later the gun then goes off and Damper gasps as a bullet hits Holmes in the head, blood pouring into his white T-shirt. Damper reportedly told police that she did not believe the gun was loaded.

Following the shooting incident, Click2Houston reported Damper and Coleman fleeing the vehicle, leaving Holmes bleeding out in the front passenger seat.

Damper was charged with tampering with evidence. According to Holmes' mother, he was in stable condition after undergoing surgery at Ben Taub Hospital, at last check.

The Houston Police Department is treating the incident as an accidental shooting for now, but a grand jury will decide if any additional charges should be filed.
