WWE filmed The Ultimate Deletion with brother Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt at the Hardy Compound last week.

Hardy was arrested on Saturday night in Concord, North Carolina on a DWI charge after blowing a.25 on a breathalyzer test and crashing his auto into a guardrail.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ Sports, Hardy was involved a single-car crash just after 8 p.m. on Saturday while driving his 2016 Cadillac CTS-V sedan.

Hardy, according to the report, submitted to a breath test at the Cabarrus County Detention Center where he registered a.25 BAC.

He was arrested and then shortly released on Saturday evening, and he will have to appear in Cabarrus County Court in April.

The police report lists an estimated $5,000 in damages to the 105 foot of guardrail, owned by the NC Department of Transportation, and $8,000 in damage to the vehicle, media outlets reported.

It is also uncertain whether there are plans in place to bring Hardy back for this year's Wrestlemania - although some wrestling sites had reported that it was looking likely, especially given his all-clear following the surgery on his shoulder.

Hardy was immediately arrested and taken into custody. This could be a factor in any restitution that the court orders Hardy to pay.

The musician and painter has had previous encounters with the law, including when he was arrested in 2009 for possession of steroids and trafficking controlled prescription pills.
