Gordon, now 29 and pictured above (this weekend's mugshot in the inset), was booked in jail on Saturday and eventually charged with battery by the Seminole County Sheriff's Department.

According to the arrest report obtained by Us Weekly, Gordon's girlfriend, Laura Leal, had a visible injury that included a swollen bottom lip with dried blood.

Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of the late singer Whitney Houston, waves while arriving with boyfriend Nick Gordon at the premiere of the new film "Sparkle", in Hollywood, California August 16, 2012.

Last June, Gordon was arrested in Sanford, Florida, for domestic violence and kidnapping his girlfriend at the time.

"I didn't hit her", Gordon told deputies. She explained that she picked Nick up from a bar and as they were driving home, he struck her multiple times on the right side of her face and pulled her hair. According to police documents, Gordon said he was attacked by the woman, whom he referred to as "crazy". Nick, who had previously been accused of being responsible Bobbi Kristina's death, also was arrested for similar charges less than a year ago.

Meanwhile, Gordon was ordered to pay $36 million to Brown's estate in 2016 months after being found legally responsible for her death. She also says in the report that he pulled her hair and told her he should make her crash her vehicle. Though Leal, who refused medical attention, did not press charges, Gordon was arrested for what Rolling Stone magazine gave as one count of "battery - touch or strike". However, she stopped participating with the authorities, and charges against Gordon had to be dropped.
