Samsung to compete with Facebook; new social media service in works

One of the major upgrades over the last generation Samsung Galaxy S8 is the incorporation of Dual cameras.

Bixby Vision on the Galaxy S9 will offer text translation in real-time, according to the retail employee, which means that users will just have to point it at the foreign text and Bixby Vision will translate it in real-time.

Here's everything we know about Samsung's latest flagship smartphones so far.

We will witness the launch on 25th February at MWC 2018. Overall, the feature is expected to be quite similar to iPhone X but more advanced. On the camera front, the device to sport a 12 Megapixel of rear camera as Primary Camera at the back panel and an 8 Megapixel of Secondary Camera at the front panel as selfie shooter camera. When comparing the price to Galaxy S8 / S8 Plus launch price, they are 1,200 NOK and 1,300 NOK more respectively. In the past, Samsung has introduced the device and either launched it with carrier partners immediately, or waited several weeks before accepting orders. Samsung has promised to ship as early as March 8.

Samsung has been using "over the horizon" default ringtone since 2011, with every year the company gives little changing to the ringtone to provide fresh stance for the user.

Speaking to The Sun, expert Dominic Sunnebo revealed he expects even higher pricing: "The Galaxy Note 8 is Samsung's most premium offering to date, and is available in the United Kingdom at £869".

Additionally, in the official Samsung announcement of the Galaxy S9, the company has not only emphasized on improving the camera, but also to 'redefine the way you share your moment.' Perhaps, the new social networking service is what the company was hinting at.
