To recall, Mukesh Ambani owned Reliance has also announced its new Happy New Year 2018 plan, under which the company is providing 2 GB high-speed 4G data per day. Under this plan, users will get 100 Free SMS Per Day.

Airtel has a Rs 199 plan that gives 1GB 3G/4G data per day for 28 days.

Reliance Jio has revealed two new plans under its Happy New Year 2018 offer Rs 199 and Rs 299.

Jio offers low cost monthly plan for Rs 150 to JioPhone users. Customers on this recharge plan also get unlimited local, STD, roaming incoming and outgoing calls. Airtel's plan has the benefit of being available for 3G customers as well.

After Reliance Jio launched the Rs 199 and Rs 299 plan last week, BSNL and Vodafone have been quick to catch up on the offering. The validity of both the plans is 28 days.

Vodafone's Rs 199 tariff plan now gives 1GB data per day for 28 days, which makes it 28GB data for the entire month. Both of them offers 1 GB data per day, unlimited local/STD calling and 100 SMS per day. We wish you a very merry Christmas!

Its Rs 199 offers subscribers 1.2GB per day, taking the total data in the month to 33.6GB. Jio Rs 399 prepaid recharge planJio's prepaid recharge plan priced at Rs 399 comes with 70 GBs of high speed data for a validity period of 70 days. All plans of Jio comes with unlimited data usage after the daily data limit usage is over. These plans might be slightly cheaper than Reliance Jio's news plans, but come with less daily data. Subscribers can use 2GB 4G data per day under this offer.

Alongside the Rs 199 tariff plan revision, Vodafone also introduced another FRC plan of Rs 229, which offers similar benefits as the Rs 199 plan, but valid only for new Vodafone customers. However, new customers will have to shell out Rs. 229 to get the above benefits for 28 days. This is what Airtel and Idea Cellular are also offering. Jio's Rs. 499 includes unlimited local, STD and roaming calls, SMS benefits across all operators during the 91-day validity period. Another difference is the unlimited data usage after the daily limit.
