Social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram have specific data collection systems which collect the information and requirement of the users to work for the betterment of the application.

This new feature is already rolling out for the Android app and users can download it from the link. So you can get inspiration for hashtags to follow from your friends if you're out of ideas. The company has now made it easier for users to see posts from around the world which are using the same hashtag. A "Follow" button can be found on top of the page.

You will see relevant hashtags displayed in the search results along with related accounts. "You would begin to see the best posts from the said hashtag on your feed, as well as several of the newest Stories on the Stories row", the statement said. Some popular hashtags are used unnecessarily which could crowd the user's feed, to avoid which the user can unfollow the hashtag anytime. In order to find the hashtags that users want to follow, they just have to search for the topics of their interest or tap on a hashtag from posts of other subscribers. However, Instagram reassures us that you can change your privacy settings to make sure only your followers are able to see those lists.

According to Instagram, the feature has been introduced to create communities within the app, where users who share the same interest can see similar photos, videos.

Previously, there were two main ways to find photos and videos with a certain hashtag.
