"Cesar Sanchez-Guzman apparently claims that he did not remember this alleged incident from 2003 until now", Singer's attorney, Andrew Brettler, said in the statement. The event, which was serving alcohol, was hosted by Lester Waters, a "wealthy tech investor who frequently hosted parties for young gay males", according to the complaint.

Director Bryan Singer has been sued for allegedly sexually assaulting a 17-year-old boy more than a decade ago, ABC News has learned.

Later, the director allegedly promised Sanchez-Guzman to help him get into acting provided he didn't tell anyone what had happened.

The suit alleges that after the incident, Singer told Sanchez-Guzman that "no one would believe him if he ever reported the incident", and that he "could hire people who are capable of ruining someone's reputation".

Sanchez-Guzman says he has suffered from psychological distress since the alleged assault and is seeking unspecified damages. While showing him the master bedroom, according to the lawsuit, Mr. Singer shut the door behind them and demanded sex from Mr. Sanchez-Guzman.

Sanchez-Guzman said he did not know anything about Singer, who he said introduced himself on the ship and was "very flirtatious", until after the alleged attack occurred.

"I would look like a complete liar if I came out and said the things he wants me to say", Egan told Vulture at the time.

In August 2014, another man filed a police report with the NYPD, accusing Singer of sexual assault in March 2013.

Guzman goes onto say in the lawsuit, that Singer then pulled out his penis and forced it into his mouth, causing him to choke as he begged him to stop.

However, Singer who is the founder of Bad Hat Harry Productions has denied the rape accusations.

The anonymous accuser was represented by Jeff Herman, the same lawyer who represented Egan.

This isn't the first time Bryan has been accused of sexual misconduct, however.

A Los Angeles court accepted Singer's motion to dismiss on the grounds that there was no legal basis for the suit, and that it was improperly brought.

Singer has been in headlines all week after 20th Century Fox fired Singer from its Queen biopic "Bohemian Rhapsody" for "unprofessional" behavior.

Singer is best known for directing several of the X-Men films, as well as; The Usual Suspects, Superman Returns, and Valkyrie. There was reportedly on-set "chaos" and ongoing clashing between Singer and the film's star Rami Malek (Mr. Robot).
