Fallen Kingdom' teaser: Chris Pratt befriends a baby dinosaur

It features a baby raptor and Chris Pratt as he returns to his raptor-handling duties in the next installment of the franchise.

But there are more films yet to come and director Colin Trevorrow shared a sneak peek from the upcoming film Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom on his Twitter handle.

"From our Jurassic family to yours", Trevorrow captioned the video clip ahead of Turkey Day.

The sequel trilogy will have another film after Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom but the film's title and release date is yet to be announced.

JA Bayona has taken up directing duties for the sequel, with Bryce Dallas Howard joining Pratt once again. "@FilmBayona @PrattPrattPratt @BryceDHoward @LeDoctor #FALLENKINGDOM", he wrote alongside the short clip, which shows the little dinosaur nuzzling Pratt's character Owen Grady's hand. Or it could just be a flashback to a baby Blue. The first proper trailer for the Jurassic World sequel is right around the corner and is slated to begin screening in USA theaters with select prints of Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi next month.

New footage has been posted online of the forthcoming Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

It's not much and the weird angle and jittery camera suggests that Trevorrow is actually filming a screen showing the footage (possibly in an editing bay?). Goldblum, starred in 1993's Jurassic Park and 1997's Jurassic Park: Lost World.
