Chance of rain on Tuesday

Tuesday is looking like a great day with mainly sunny skies and highs near the seasonal mark.

For Monday, we will have the typical morning clouds then partly cloudy skies as we move through the day. Where the clouds do break we may see patchy fog set up overnight due to the light rain some areas received.

Overnight, rain may become heavier in eastern MA with possible snow or ice mixed in well north and west of Boston into southern New Hampshire, low in the 30s.

On Wednesday, our next cold front will move through and stall in the region. Temperatures will cool down to the upper 50s tonight, so it will be slightly warmer from last night.

Thursday and Friday look like they will be mostly sunny with highs warming to above normal in the mid/ upper 70s with southwest winds at 5-15 miles per hour.

A more significant front approaches on Thursday, wind will increase from the south pushing the temperature up to near 50 degrees, with a chance of showers, perhaps mixed with snow in the mountains.

Monday: Cloudy with a few afternoon showers then a steadier rain for the commute home.

High temperatures today and Tuesday will be a couple degrees below normal for this time of year with highs expected around 38 and 39 respectively.

There will be a 20-30 percent chance of isolated showers through the day with drizzle likely for most. Saturday night will be partly cloudy and in the low 50s. High temperature in the 40s on Saturday, dropping back to the 30s on Sunday.
