According to documents, Michael also alleges Mariah called him a Nazi, white supremacist, and KKK member repeatedly. Anello said Carey "wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people".

The draft also includes allegations of sexual harassment, claiming she committed "sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by Anello".

On one event amid an excursion to Cabo San Lucas, it's asserted Carey asked for Anello's assistance with moving some gear in her room. Anello is after another $511,000 for two remaining years on a security contract, TMZ reported.

Carey's reps have reportedly reached out to the security firm to settle their debts, but have no comment on the accusations of sexual harassment or using racial slurs.

The singer is accused of behaving in a sexual way toward her former personal security, Michael Anello. Carey had summoned him to her hotel suite to move luggage during her trip there.

When he arrived she was half-covered in racy neglige, according to TMZ.

Her representatives confirmed to TMZ that they are in touch with his lawyers to address the unpaid invoices.

TMZ reported that Anello is dissatisfied with the amount purportedly offered by Carey for the select invoices and that a lawsuit is now on hold for settlement negotiation purposes. Anello said he tried to leave, but Carey refused to let him go. He says they did not have physical contact during the alleged incident.

This comes on the heels of the news that Mariah split from her longtime manager Stella Bulochnikov.

Carey and Ratner had previously collaborated on eight music videos, with Ratner acting as director, including Thank God I Found You and We Belong Together.

The news comes on the heels of reports that Carey recently underwent gastric weight loss surgery.
