Nantucket police said they couldn't confirm a report was filed because sexual assault reports are confidential.

A former Boston TV news anchor claims Kevin Spacey sexually assaulted her then 18-year-old son Will Little at a Nantucket bar in July 2016.

Unruh said she "wants to see" Spacey go to jail and have the "hand of justice come down on him".

Heather Unruh came forward with details of a sexual assault allegation against Kevin Spacey that she's been hinting at for months on Twitter. "There was no consent".

Spacey ultimately left to use the bathroom and the teen ran away at the urging of a nearby woman who could tell he was shaken, Unruh said.

Unruh said her son didn't report the assault at the time because he was embarrassed and knew it would bring a lot of attention.

Unruh said that last week, her son filed a police report and handed over evidence to the Nantucket police.

A news presenter claims Kevin Spacey plied her son with drinks and "grabbed his genitals", the latest allegation to hit the actor.

The claims come amid a wave of other sexual harassment and assault allegations against powerful men in Hollywood, including Oscar-winning mogul Harvey Weinstein, screenwriter James Toback and film director Brett Ratner.

"He very much wanted my son to come forward and report it, but as I said ... with victims of assault, it's a very hard thing, "she said". The first, actor Anthony Rapp, accused Spacey of attacking him in a bed when he was 14 more than 30 years ago. However, she hinted that Spacey had assaulted a woman as she told the paper that Spacey had "plied her with booze". "Time the dominoes fell", she wrote. I was a Kevin Spacey fan until he assaulted a loved one. A publicist said last week that Spacey is "taking the time necessary to seek evaluation and treatment".

The 58-year-old "House of Cards" star had previously recorded a segment for the special that will celebrate "The Carol Burnett" show.

He said in a statement: 'But if I did behave as he describes, I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior'. She said watching Spacey host the Tony Awards this past year and be celebrated as a man and actor was "hurtful".

Harry Dreyfuss, the son of actor Richard Dreyfuss, also has said that Spacey groped him in 2008 when he was 18 while his father was rehearsing a play at Spacey's London apartment.

After the story and further allegations broke, Netflix announced it planned to end House of Cards after its next season.
