BlackBerry was one of the main competitors in the "smartphone" market a few years ago, until iOS and Android devices took over.

As BlackBerry prepares to launch its latest touchscreen smartphone, widely known as BlackBerry Krypton, its images have been leaked on social media. Thanks to Evan Blass, we have the first look at the possible device and its name. This is a full touch screen display no QWERTY keyboard is there like we have seen on the Blackberry KEYone. Further, the home button is visible with the embedded BlackBerry logo.

On the processor front, BlackBerry Motion would sit on Snapdragon 625 SoC along with Adreno 506 GPU and 4GB of RAM. Until then, sit tight and let us know what name do you like the most "Krypton" or "Motion", in the comments section below.

Courtesy to certain rumors, the BlackBerry Krypton posses an IP67 rated dust and water resistance capability. The bezels surrounding the display appear to be thinner than previous BlackBerry handsets but are still thick compared to devices using an 18:9 aspect ratio. A prolific leaker on Twitter has revealed what could be the new BlackBerry Motion. The company is calling its operating system BlackBerry Secure, which will come with all security features that are available with a BlackBerry-branded smartphone.

Fortunately, the device in the render carries a 3.5mm audio jack on the bottom where you can see a USB Type-C port and two speaker grids as well. The right edge of the phone has a volume rocker, power button, and customary Blackberry shortcut key. On the battery front, the phone will pack a decent 4000 mAh. He added that BlackBerry KEYone will get Android 8.0 Oreo.

Separately, inspired by the response to the KeyOne, TCL Communications has announced an all-new BlackBerry KeyOne Black Edition.
