Harvey's remnants may hit Maryland for Labor Day weekend

With a partly to mostly sunny sky, temperatures will be around 85 degrees at kickoff, falling to near 80 by the end of the game. Evening temperatures are showcasing signs of early fall with lows dipping into the upper 30s.

Indeed, Friday was drier than we expected and we think that's going to continue through the better part of the Labor Day Weekend, too!

Saturday we'll bring out the sunshine as Labor Day Weekend is in full swing! Highs will again be in the low-60s.

Friday - Mostly sunny, with a high near 67.

This shows 1PM on Tuesday with a cold front moving across the area.

Sunday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 56.

Tomorrow night: Showers are likely to be fairly active and amounts up to an inch are not out of the question.

A strong cold front will swing across the North Country producing low clouds with scattered light rain showers, mainly this morning, according to the National Weather Service. Wind: S 5-10. Low: 67.

Labor Day will be sunny, with a high near 88 degrees. Highs will reach the lower to middle 70s. Partly cloudy - low around 65. Winds will be steady around 11 miles per hour with gusts upward of 24 miles per hour.

Today: Partly sunny - high near 83. Highs won't eclipse 70 today, which is some 5 to 10 degrees under the long-term average.

The forecasts call for a chance of showers or thunderstorms tonight, mostly before 8. There's only a few chances for showers depending on location through the three-day weekend and we will break it down below.
