Ryan Reynolds Gives a First Look at Deadpool 2's Domino

But in a stroke of luck, Deadpool himself (Ryan Reynolds) has just shown fans their first official look at Deadpool 2, and it's as awesome as fans hoped!

In Marvel comics, Domino has pale skin, but for the upcoming Deadpool sequel, she is reimagined as a black woman.

While Domino may be familiar to many comic fans, the character is only just starting to make her away into other media. The mutant has often worked with Cable in comics, so we really wonder what kind of relationship she will build with Wade Wilson.

Deadpool 2 is scheduled to be released on June 1, 2018. It's a tongue-in-cheek image (of course), with Domino laying on top of Deadpool's back.

Deadpool 2 was absent from Fox's San Diego Comic-Con proceedings, which were exclusively devoted to the studio's fall release Kingsman: Golden Circle. The tactical gear, easy posture and excessive armaments all embody the version of the character that fans will fondly remember from the comics. Joining the cast for the sequel are John Brolin (Cable), Zazie Beetz (Domino) and Hunt of the Wilderpeople's Julian Dennison (currently unknown). First, he tweeted the phrase, 'Domino Effect, ' later writing, 'Zazie Beetz Effect'.

What is more, it looks like she will be getting the spotlight as well.

Prior to landing her role in "Deadpool 2", Beetz was best known for her role in the FX comedy series "Atlanta" where she co-stars alongside Donald Glover. The picture of Zazie Beetz disguised as Domino that Ryan Reynolds unveiled on his Twitter account! These traits have always appeared to be part of her mutation, but the new take on Domino is keeping things a bit more subtle and possibly grounded in reality. Domino, created by Rob Liefeld and Fabian Nicieza, debuted right in the thick of all of that. Domino didn't. Instead, she persisted, taking on new complexities as writers expanded her character. Basically, she can change luck...
