Kim (pictured expecting Saint) has been open about her pregnancy struggles.

Inquisitr was first on the scene with an update on the couple's status; their take questions whether a "split nears" for the couple in light of the fact that they've decided against buying a house together.

And what's more, they claim that she's already three months into her pregnancy.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will reportedly be welcoming a third child into their family. The two pregnancies did so much damage to her body, it's just not worth it.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's surrogate is reportedly three months pregnant.

Following the birth of North, the new mum confessed that removing excess placenta from her uterine wall was "the most painful experience of my life".

In a social media post that turned up a few days ago, Kim, Kanye, Khloe, and their entire entourage can be seen chowing down on some McDonald's food right before boarding a private jet.

The report also indicates that the unnamed woman has been a surrogate mother in the past.

The contract which was crafted between the couple and the surrogate mom includes stipulations that account for the mother's health while she is carrying the babies.

If our calculations are correct about the surrogates pregnancy timeline, Saint West should be a big brother by January 2018.

The surrogate has severed as a surrogate to other families in the past. If the surrogate loses any reproductive organ, she gets $4,000. She will be paid $45,000 over 10 monthly payments of $4,500.

Though there's kind of no going back now, Kanye was previously reported as being a little hesitant about the whole surrogate process.
