Justin Bieber was involved in a vehicle collision on Wednesday night, when he struck a pedestrian in Beverly Hills after leaving a church service.

Justin reportedly spoke to police before he was allowed to leave the scene, and police told TMZ that he was not cited.

The photographer Bieber hit Wednesday was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Beverly Hills Police Department said.

This accident comes after Justin cancelled the remaining 14 dates of his objective world tour.

Kneeling down beside him, Justin reassures him and asks if he's okay and appears to ask the crowd to give the man some space. The singer stopped immediately and tended to him while he and the other photographers waited for paramedics and police to arrive.

The accident happened as Bieber, 23, was pulling out of parking lot following a church service.

In August 2014, Bieber had another run-in with the paparazzi in which his Ferrari vehicle was rear-ended by a photographer's auto, reports said.

In a video obtained by TMZ, he told his loyal fans: "I love you guys, I think you guys are awesome".

The statement announcing Bieber's tour cancellation didn't reveal a specific reason.

The Cold Water singer had been on tour for the last 18 months, playing more than 150 shows on six continents. However, after careful consideration he has decided he will not be performing any further dates'.

With nine tour dates being cancelled across North America and Canada, there have been growing concerns over the refunding of tickets.

There have since been rumours flying around claiming JB cancelled his tour to start a church.
