Well this is interesting; in the wake of multiple Nokia 8 leaks showcasing the phone's design, Nokia itself seems to have slipped up (or is that "slipped up") and posted the handset on an official web page.

"It's kind of ugly, but that could just be the light, which is less than pristine, and was more than likely shot on the sly", The Verge says talking of the copper Nokia 8. It is noted that the body of the gadget leaves much to be desired, as, judging by the pictures, it can easily be damaged. These images shed light on the design details of the Nokia 8.

With fresh Nokia 8 leaks now popping up each and every day, Android fans are getting more eager than ever to see Nokia unveil its hot new flagship smartphone.Nokia is expected to launch the Nokia 8 with Carl Zeiss Optics on 31st July.

Gold-Copper variation of the Nokia 8 doesn't have the Zeiss logo under its back cameras. Now, a new copper-gold color variant spotted online.

Recollecting some key specifications of Nokia 8, the smartphone bearing model-number TA-1004 is rumoured to feature a 5.3-inch Quad HD display with a resolution of 1440x2560 pixels and will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. At the posterior aspect of the Nokia 8, we can see the dual camera vertical setup along with the flash. Presumably, this is a prototype and not the final unit. The dimensions of the Nokia 8 are tipped to be at 151.55x73.7mm. Traditionally some phone manufacturers have taken to putting the phone launch date on the handset's lock screen as a hint in teaser images. I'd expect prices to fall rapidly as Nokia realizes it's name recognition isn't strong enough to command a premium on the market today with better, and sexier devices selling in the same price range.
